Bill Sabel, F.N.P.

Bill joined InterMountain Medical Clinic in April 2005 working evenings and weekends in the Urgent Care. He will be accepting patients on a full time basis starting February 1, 2010.

Bill most recently comes from a cardiology setting with experience in coronary artery disease risk reduction, congestive heart failure treatment and heart rhythm problems.

Before earning his Nurse Practitioner credentials, Bill worked as an RN in occupational health for the JR Simplot Company and in the Emergency Department at Bannock Regional Medical Center. Bill also serves as Adjunct Faculty for the Department of Nursing at Idaho State University.

Bill moved to Inkom, Idaho at the age of nine from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He graduated from Marsh Valley High School. After graduation, Bill moved to Pocatello and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree as a Registered Nurse from ISU in 1991. Bill received his Master’s of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from ISU in 2002. He is Nationally Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and is licensed to practice with the Idaho Board of Nursing.

In his spare time, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids in the Idaho outdoors.
